Rebecca Parker, BSN, RN
Coordinator/Financial Aid Officer
Mrs. Parker is the Coordinator of the Practical Nursing Program and facilitates all financial aid for the students.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thiel College and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Education from Western Governors University.

Brenda McCloskey, MSN, FNP, CEN, RN
Classroom and clinical Practical Nursing Instructor
Mrs. McCloskey has been a nursing instructor at CCCTC since 1994.  She received a Masters of Science in Nursing degree from the MSN Joint Program:  Clarion/Edinboro/Slippery Rock Universities, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a certified emergency nurse.

Elaine Hlopick, MSN, CEN, RN
Classroom and Clinical Practical Nursing Instructor
Mrs. Hlopick has been a nursing instructor at CCCTC since 2004.  She received a Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Gannon University, specializing in Nursing Administration.  She is a certified emergency nurse and holds a certificate in nursing education.

Ann Andrews, BSN, RN
Clinical Practical Nursing Instructor
Mrs. Andrews received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 1996 from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She has worked in several areas of nursing including maternity, home health care, long term care, and medical surgical. She currently works part-time in the ICU and is a certified Critical Care Nurse.
